In Ballet Bootcamp dancers will focus on strength, flexibility & core stability training, engage in focused training for the different facets of Ballet technique, learn about Nutrition and Injury Prevention Education, and prepare their bodies for upcoming auditions and the dance school year. Ballet Bootcamp runs Monday - Friday from 4:00pm - 7:00pm.

Who: Ballet Levels 2 & 3 (Studio 1) & Ballet Levels 4 & 5 (Studio 2)
