Where is my login name and password?
a. The
BTC/BTA Registration System uses your email address as your login name. If you
need or have forgotten your password, click here and you will be
taken to a page where you can have the BTC/BTA Registration System send you a
(new) password.

How do I change my BTC/BTA Registration
System password?
a. Login
to your account by clicking here.
i. At
the top of the page, click on the drop down box, “I want to: Change My
Password”.

How do I pay a bill?
a. First
setup your family by clicking here
and then log into the portal by clicking here.
b. Then
register for class(es).
i. At
the top of the page, click on the drop down box, “I want to: Register for a
Class”.
c. After
you’ve registered for all of your classes, Tracy will review your account and
apply adjustments, such as multi-class discounts, if any.
d. You
will then receive a bill from BTC.
e. At
that point you will need to do one of the following:
i. Login
into the BTC Registration Portal by clicking here,
then at the top of the page, click on the drop down box, “I want to: Make A Payment”.
1. You
may make a payment on line directly through your checking account or with a
credit card. If you’ve not entered this
information in the secure location provided, you may do so at the top of the
page, click on the drop down box, “I want to: Update My Account”.
ii. Stop
by the BTC/BTA offices and hand-deliver your payment.
iii. Mail
your check to Ballet Theatre Company, 20 Jefferson Avenue, West Hartford, 06110

What about multi-class discounts?
a. BTA
still provides multi-class discounts.
Tracy will update your account with any discounts prior to billing.
5.
What if I want to pay BTA over time?
a. Please
contact Tracy and work out a payment schedule.
Once we have this in place the BTC/BTA Registration System will
automatically charge your preferred payment method.
6.
What is my current balance with BTA?
a. Login
into the BTC Registration Portal by clicking here,
then at the top of the page, click on the drop down box, “I want to: View Fees
and Payments”.
7.
I see the registration screen, but how do I
know which classes to choose?
a. If
you have any questions about which class you or your dancer should be in,
please contact Tracy directly.
b. Login
into the BTC Registration Portal by clicking here,
then at the top of the page, click on the drop down box, “I want to: Register For A Class”.
c. BTA
has provided you a number of ways to look at classes and then chose which is
appropriate. Click on one of the drop
down boxes to filter your class selection:
i. Type
of Dance, Ballet, Yoga, HipHop, etc.
ii. Level
of Dance, Level 1, Level 2, etc.
iii. Day
of Week, Monday, Tuesday, etc.
iv. Session,
Fall, Winter, Summer, Nutcracker
v. Also
note that there is frequently more than one page, “Page 1 of 2”

How do I register for a Pre-Nutcracker
Audition Class?
a. If
you have not yet registered your family, please do so by clicking here.
b. If
you have not yet obtained a password, please follow the steps in item 1 above.
c. Login
into the BTC Registration Portal by clicking here,
then at the top of the page, click on the drop down box, “I want to: Register For A Class”.
d. Then
click on the drop down box, “Session: Nutcracker”
i. You
will see all four classes listed
