For ONE NIGHT ONLY, on Saturday, June 12th, Ballet Theatre Company will host an outdoor screening event of its digital full-length, live-action ballet performance of Snow White at the Old New-Gate Prison and Copper Mine. Pre-screening activities will begin at 6:00PM. Ticket purchases include guided tours of the copper mine (link to reserve tour spots are included in ticket purchase receipts), explorations of the Old New-Gate Prison and Copper Mine grounds including the set of the Evil Queen's Lair, meet-and-greet opportunities with leading fairytale characters, and a photo booth fit for princes and princesses. Square Peg Pizzeria's food truck and concessions hosted by BTC will be offered for additional costs as well as a Snow White-inspired boutique. The screening of BTC's Snow White will begin at sundown. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets to sit on during the screening.

Event Rules:

  1. Please do not bring any outside food or drink. Pizza and concessions will be offered before and during the screening.
  2. Due to COVID-19, facial coverings are required to participate in pre-screening events except when eating.

Event parking is located on the north side of the location. Overflow parking is located on the south side.

Pre-Screening Activities

Activities begin at 6:00PM

Reserve your spot in a guided tour of the historic copper mine! This tour is sure to make your Ballet Theatre Company's Outdoor Screening of Snow White experience a night to remember.

  • Please follow the link on your ticket receipt to reserve a tour time
  • Be sure to reserve a spot for everyone in your party that wishes to participate (there are nine slots available per tour group)
  • Tours will begin promptly at their designated time
  • Facial coverings are required in order to participate

Check out the set of the Evil Queen's Lair located in the jug cells of the Old New-Gate Prison and Copper Mine! Her majesty, the Evil Queen, will be waiting to welcome you into her potion chamber to explore and pose for a photo.

Meet-and-greet with leading characters from Snow White! Catch Snow White frolicking throughout the grounds along with other fairytale characters. Say hello, get their autograph, and snap a photo!

Square Peg Pizzeria's food truck will be parked right outside the Old New-Gate Prison and Copper Mine for guests to grab a slice before the screening from 6:00-8:30PM.

Snow White will begin at sundown

The screening of BTC's Snow White will begin at sundown.

  • Bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on during the screening
  • Please be courteous of those sitting around you
  • Face coverings may be removed during the screening as long as guests remain seated and at a comfortable distance.

BTC will host movie theater concessions including popcorn, candy bars, drinks, and more! Concessions will open at 8:00PM and be available for purchase throughout the screening.
