Ballet Theatre Academy (BTA), the instruction division of Ballet Theatre Company (BTC) is a friendly, open, and respectful environment for all ages. We work with children of all abilities and recognize that today’s child is involved with many activities and often isn’t ready to make a commitment of taking a large number of ballet classes a week. BTA provides classical dance training in ballet and other disciplines for all levels. Students enrolled in classes at BTA also have the opportunity to dance in professionally developed performances, audition for Junior Company, Apprentice, or full Company dancers, dance throughout the Greater Hartford Area, and with BTC's two affiliated professional dance companies, CONNetic Dance Company and Exit 12 Dance Company.
